Inventor and InventHelp Client Develops Modified Mobility Aid for the Aging (MIS-150)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) July 22, 2016 -- "My mother is 83-year-old and suffers from limited mobility," said an inventor from Champlin, Minn. "She has trouble getting up from a seated position and often needs assistance. I came up with this walker so that she could easily help herself up from the couch."
He developed the patent-pending AIDING THE AGING to offer a convenient way to get up from a seated position. The walker's construction eliminates the need to ask for assistance with standing up. It also provides added stability while walking around. The inveniton is designed to enhance personal safety, as it reduces the risk of slip-and-fall injuries. Additionally, it gives added peace of mind.
The original design was submitted to the Minneapolis office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
