An inventor from Bryan, Texas, has developed the AIR LIFT ASSIST CHAIR, a device that can be used to facilitate lifting individuals with activity limitations in the aftermath of a fall.
"My in-laws inspired me to invent this after my father-in-law slid off his bed, and my mother-in-law not being able to lift him up. With my invention, she would have been able lift him up," said the inventor. The AIR LIFT ASSIST CHAIR provides a fast and effective means of lifting a fallen individual without risk of injury. It improves the quality of life of the fallen individual. In addition, it allows for a greater level of freedom of movement. This device can be safely employed on most types of flooring materials. Its small size allows it to be easily transported and stored.
