InventHelp, based in Pittsburgh, Pa., is submitting the AQUA JAR to interested companies for their consideration.

An inventor from Belleville, Ill., works in the horticulture industry, and he decided to look for a way to simplify the growing process for the average individual. "Applying my expertise and my personal passion about plants, I came up with this idea," he said.

The patent-pending AQUA JAR allows for easy growing of potted plants or herbs. It ensures proper nourishment and avoids over- or under-watering. It also eliminates soil-borne pests. Serving as an alternative to conventional growing methods, the invention is easy to use and aesthetically pleasing. The inventor has created a prototype of his idea.

The original design was submitted to the St. Louis office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
