"Whenever the temperature drops in the cold of winter, my 'Low Tire' light comes on, and I have to go to the gas station and inflate my tires," said an inventor from Oklahoma City, Okla. "I wanted a more convenient way to manage my tire pressure that would spare me this hassle."
He developed the patent-pending AUTOMATIC TIRE PUMP "ATP" to offer a more convenient way to manage the tire pressure in each tire. The system ensures that tires are consistently inflated to the optimum pressure. This makes for safer driving conditions. The design saves the driver from having to get out of the vehicle in order to inflate the tires. It is suitable for use on virtually any wheeled vehicle. Furthermore, the invention can be adapted for new and existing vehicles.
The original design was submitted to the Oklahoma City office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
