Inventor and InventHelp Client Develops Bathroom Stabilization Aid (LCC-432)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) August 27, 2015 -- "I need a little help supporting and stabilizing myself when getting into and out of the shower and tub," said an inventor from Camp Hill, Pa. "I developed this support handle to give me the extra little boost that I need."
He created a prototype for the BATH AND SHOWER GRIP to provide a helping hand when stepping into or out of the tub or shower. The accessory supports and stabilizes the user to prevent slips and falls. The device enables the user to shower and bathe without having to ask for assistance. This promotes independence. The unit is suitable for use in any bathroom. In addition, it is ideal for people with limited mobility. It is usable by bedridden patients to adjust themselves. It will not rust due to its stainless steel construction. Also, it makes it safe to retrieve dropped soap.
The original design was submitted to the Lancaster office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
