InventHelp is attempting to submit the BEACH BUDDY to companies in the hopes of their good faith review.

A day at the beach can be quite relaxing except for the inconvenience of packing up and carrying all the accessories needed. Fortunately, an inventor from Orlando, Fla., has found a way to lighten the load.

He developed the patent-pending BEACH BUDDY to provide users with a comfortable, ergonomically designed mat to relax on at the beach or pool but that’s not its only purpose. It also keeps beverages cool in hot weather and provides a charging station for cell phones. This all-in-one unit is lightweight, portable and user friendly. Other benefits are its convenience, effectiveness and affordable price. Besides that, it is easy to transport and store. Also, its simple design minimizes production costs. In addition, its versatility makes it ideal for use in various outdoor settings, including tailgating, concerts or sporting events as well as water activities.

The inventor’s personal experience inspired the idea. “Living in Florida, I go to the beach often and had difficulty finding a comfortable spot to relax in where I could charge my phone and keep my drinks cool,” he said. “This idea is the perfect solution.”

The original design was submitted to the Orlando office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
