Inventor and InventHelp Client Develops Exercise Aid (OKK-363)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) November 25, 2014 -- "I train and teach Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and while going through warm-ups, some students had difficulty performing the exercises due to their weight or other physical limitations," said an inventor from Oklahoma City, Okla. "My invention enables them to complete the exercises easily."
He developed the BEAR LUNGE PERSONAL TRAINER to enable an individual to safely and effectively perform lunges, squats, bear crawls and other exercises. The unit eliminates the need to bend as low to place one's hands on the floor. The invention reduces stress and strain on the knees and legs. It effectively isolates and targets muscles in the legs, lower body and core. The accessory improves overall physical fitness and stamina. The unit is usable for physical therapy and recovery as well. Furthermore, it encourages proper form. The invention uses modern-day science to produce effective results.
The original design was submitted to the Oklahoma City office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
