The inventor of the device states, "I live in inner city Philadelphia and I have witnessed numerous accidents and near-accidents between automobiles and bicyclists. I wanted to develop something that would provide added protection to bicyclists of all ages."

Bicycle Blinkers will provide safety and novelty to bicycle enthusiasts all around the world.
