Inventor and InventHelp Client Develops Cycling Accessory for Young Children (HLW-1520)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) April 02, 2016 -- "While teaching my granddaughter how to ride a bicycle, I had to bend over and lean forward to hold and steady the bike, which aggravated my back," said an inventor from Weston, Fla. "I came up with this idea to make it easier to help her ride without hurting my back."
He created a prototype for the BIKE WAND to make it easier for an adult to teach a child to ride a bicycle. The accessory enables the adult to steady and support the bicycle while the child learns to ride. It saves the adult from having to bend over or lean forward while holding the bicycle, which prevents physical stress and strain. The device stops the child from tipping over or falling while learning to ride, which reduces the risk of injuries. All of this helps the child gain confidence so that he or she learns to ride quickly and safely.
The original design was submitted to the Hollywood office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
