InventHelp, founded in 1984, is submitting this idea, the BOAT TRAILER STEERING SYSTEM, to companies for their review.

An inventor, from Brazoria, Texas, thought there needed to be a safe and effective way to steer a boat trailer, so he invented the Boat Trailer Steering System.

The Boat Trailer Steering System provides an improved way to steer and guide a boat trailer, and to hook up a trailer-steering system in a tandem axle configuration. In doing so, it enhances maneuverability and control. As a result, it saves time and it could help to prevent accidental low-speed collisions with nearby objects. The invention features a reliable design that is convenient and easy to use so it is ideal for the owners of boat trailers. Additionally, the Boat Trailer Steering System can be adapted for use on boat trailers, tractor trailers, RV trailers, mobile homes, etc.

The inventor described the invention design. “My design provides an easier way to maneuver a trailer into tight spaces.”

The original design was submitted to the Houston office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
