InventHelp, a leading inventor service company, announces that one of its clients, an inventor from Indiana, has designed a device that would support a wall calendar and keep it looking neat and appealing. This invention is patented and a virtual prototype is available.
The “Calendar Bracket” allows a paper calendar to be neatly displayed on a wall, and prevents the pages from curling. It would eliminate the need to tape the pages down and lends a decorative element to the room. The invention would be adaptable for use with any standard wall calendar.
A rectangular, plastic bracket would be attached to a desired wall. This specially-designed bracket holds and supports the upper pages of a calendar and prevents the pages from curling. To use, an individual secures the pages of the calendar inside the bracket first, and then secures it to the wall. Producible in a variety of colors and designs, the bracket could also be made of wood, metal, aluminum or stainless steel to match a variety of home decor.
“I did not like how the pages of the calendar hung on my wall would curl up, forcing me to tape them down,” said the inventor. “I thought that this looked ugly and unsightly, which inspired me to invent a special bracket to secure the pages in place.”
InventHelp is attempting to submit the invention to companies for review. If substantial interest is expressed, the company will attempt to negotiate for a sale or royalties for the inventor. For more information, telephone Dept. 14-IPL-102 at (800) 851-6030.
