Channel Grips Invented by InventHelp® Client (BMA-4575)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) September 23, 2016 -- “I have worked in the trades for 14 years,” said one of two inventors, from Clinton, Mass., “and I thought there needed to be a way to prevent tools from scratching finishes, so we invented the Channel Grips.”
The patent-pending Channel Grips provides a more effective way to utilize a pair of pliers, a wrench, vice grips, channel locks or a pipe wrench. In doing so, it helps to prevent scratches and damage. As a result, it offers added convenience and peace of mind. The invention features a durable design that is easy to attach and use so it is ideal for use by trades workers, mechanics, do-it-yourselfers, DIYers and specialty trades (gunsmiths, electronics specialists, scale-model builders, etc.). Additionally, a prototype is available, and it is available in multiple configurations for a wide variety of tasks.
The inventors described the invention design. “Our design enables a tool to grip without gouging.”
The original design was submitted to the Boston office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
