"I was having a discussion with a friend, and we were talking about voice-recognition software and television technology," said an inventor from Desoto, Texas. "I came up with this idea as a more convenient way to control the operation of a cable or satellite system."
She developed the COMMAND to provide a more immediate way to control a cable box. The unit enables cable and satellite customers to search for channels in a more convenient manner. This saves time and effort, and eliminates hassles and frustrations. The device is designed for ease of use. Additionally, the system ends the need to get up and down in order to change the channel.
The original design was submitted to the Dallas office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
