InventHelp Inventor Develops Cargo Hauling Aid (MLM-491)

InventHelp, based in Pittsburgh, is attempting to submit the Cargo Captain to companies in the hopes of a good faith review.

"I was hauling lumber and tin sheets in my full-size pickup truck, and the materials were too long to fit inside, so they hung over the open tailgate," said an inventor from Denmark, Wis. "I thought that if I had something to hold everything down to the box, it would be easier."

He developed the CARGO CAPTAIN to solidly lock down and hold cargo in a truck bed. The device prevents materials from shifting during transport. This eliminates hassles and frustrations, and offers added peace of mind. The invention is ideal for use with longer materials like lumber, tin sheets and other materials. Furthermore, the unit is usable with truck beds, trunks, SUVs, box vans and semi trailers.

The original design was submitted to the Milwaukee office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
