InventHelp, founded in 1984, is working to submit the COOL PLATE to companies for their consideration and potential feedback.

An inventor from Simpsonville, S.C., needed an effective way to cool his child’s food while eating out at a restaurant, so he eventually came up with the idea for the patent-pending COOL PLATE.

This modified plate allows for quick, convenient cooling of a child’s food while at a restaurant. It avoids long waits and helps prevent burns. Overall, it promotes enjoyment instead of frustration. The invention is easy to use, portable and producible in different colors.

The original design was submitted to the Columbia office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
