PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) August 23, 2016 -- An inventor from Harrisburg, Pa., wanted to find a way of protecting a CPAP mask when the device was not being used. As such, he created the CPAP CASE, an accessory that would allow sleep apnea sufferers to keep their CPAP masks protected when they were not in use.
The CPAP CASE protects a CPAP mask from damage and keeps the mask suspended off the floor, thus ensuring it remains free of dirt, pet hair/dander, and insects. This device also protects a CPAP mask from pets, and can be used in the home, as well as in hospitals and medical facilities. The lightweight, portable unit is also ideal for use while traveling.
The inventor was inspired upon learning there were no protective accessories for CPAP masks. “It occurred to me that a product could be designed that would protect such masks and ensure they were not damaged when not in use. It would also keep such masks clean and sanitary at all times,” said the inventor.
The original design was submitted to the Lancaster office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
