Pittsburgh-based InventHelp is working to submit the CRUTCH CADDY to companies for their review.

"I hate how there is no good way to keep my crutches accessible," said an inventor from Lakewood, Calif. "Inevitably, whenever I prop them up somewhere while I am not using them, they end up falling over. I grew tired of having to pick them up constantly, which inspired me to invent this."

He developed the CRUTCH CADDY to offer a convenient way to store crutches. The accessory keeps crutches readily accessible for use. It prevents crutches from repeatedly falling over while not in use. The device eliminates the need to pick crutches back up time and time again. This provides added peace of mind. Also, it is adaptable for use with new and existing crutches.

The original design was submitted to the Orange County office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
