A leading invention company, InventHelp is working to submit the CUDDLE SO SAFE to companies for their review.

Once an individual becomes a parent, their responsibilities increase exponentially. It is a parent's job to look after their child, providing them with a loving home, proper necessities, and keep them safe from harm. This is a tiring job, and makes parents appreciate sleep more than ever. Sadly, some parents have had to wake up to find that their infant has suffocated in their blanket overnight.

An inventor from Methuen, Mass., has invented the patent-pending CUDDLE SO SAFE, a baby accessory that serves as a baby blanket but allows air to pass through, preventing suffocation. “Whenever I hear about a young child that has died by suffocation, it breaks my heart," said the inventor. "I wanted to invent an accessory that serves as a baby blanket but is safer than conventional blankets in the hopes of preventing such tragedies." CUDDLE SO SAFE makes a wonderful bedtime friend and is easier to carry around than a standard blanket.

Its lightweight design allows children to tote it around and cute appearance appeals to young children. Additionally, it would give parents peace of mind that their child is not at risk for suffocation while sleeping.

The original design was submitted to the Boston office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
