Improved Urine Collection System Invented for Catheter Users - Designed by InventHelp Client (VET-191)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) October 11, 2015 -- If you or someone you know needs to rely on a catheter for health reasons, there is now an improved method for urine collection and disposal. An inventor from Las Vegas, Nev. has found a way to simplify the process and promote more sanitary conditions at the same time.
She developed DAY AND NIGHT to prevent unnecessary exposure to bacteria, which occurs each time a urine bag is replaced. As such, it decreases the chances that the patient will develop an infection. As a result, it also saves time and effort. Furthermore, it is flexible, durable and comfortable. At the same time, it is convenient, safe and effective. It is also easy to use and affordably priced. In addition, its simple design minimizes production costs.
The inventor’s personal experience inspired the idea. “My mother is just one of many people who need to use catheters and wear bags to collect urine on a daily basis,” she said. “If the volume of the bags could be increased, they could be changed less often, decreasing the risk of infection.”
The original design was submitted to the Las Vegas office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
