Inventor and InventHelp Client Develops Decorative Screws (SNK-160)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) March 01, 2014 -- When you are putting the finishing touches on a construction project, fastening the last few screws, sometimes you do not want them to be visible on the finished piece. In most cases, the screw heads are hidden beneath putty, but this is not always the best option. Wouldn't it be nice if there were a better alternative?
An inventor from Oakland, Calif., has come up with a solution. He invented Decorative Screws to feature a stylish, eye-catching design that does not detract from the appearance of the finished surface. The invention eliminates the need to conceal screw heads with putty. The screw heads enhance the beauty of the material to which they are fastened. Additionally, they are producible in a variety of sizes and designs, and they are usable with almost any project.
The inventor's professional experience inspired his idea. "I build fountains and do construction, and I do not always want to use an industrial screw because it would detract from the fine appearance of the finished surface," he said. "I thought that screws with decorative heads would be a better option."
The original design was submitted to the San Francisco office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
