Tracker for Dentures and Hearing Aids Invented by InventHelp Client (FLA-2399)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) March 07, 2014 -- Lost items are always a source of frustration and expense but particularly so for the loss or misplacement of essentials like hearing aids and dentures. Thanks to the creativity of an inventor from Boca Raton, Fla., missing dentures or hearing aids are no longer a problem.
She developed MYNIE to prevent the loss of valuable items like hearing aids and dentures saving thousands of dollars in replacement costs. It, therefore, eliminates the frustration and wasted time associated with searching for misplaced items, particularly for geriatric patients suffering from memory loss.
Moreover, it eliminates the time and effort needed to prepare pureed foods for patients with missing dentures and keeps them healthier by maintaining their ability to chew and continue their normal diet. Similarly for hearing users, it promotes basic communication as well as social and emotional stability. In addition, it is convenient, compact, easy to operate and affordably priced.
The inventor’s experience as a registered nurse inspired the idea. “I worked with patients who often lost such valuable items as hearing aids and dentures,” she said. “Since these items are difficult to locate and expensive to replace, I wanted to find an easy way to keep track of them.”
