InventHelp® Client Develops Polishing Tool (CLT-494)

Share Article

A North Carolina-based InventHelp client has invented the Petre Polisher, which is being submitted to companies for review.

"I wanted to make it easier and more affordable to clean the intake and exhaust manifold," said an inventor from Salisbury, N.C. "The cleaning chemicals are too expensive, as is taking the vehicle into the shop to have the job done. I could not find any products on the market that would get the cleaning done quickly and cheaply, so I came up with my own way to go about it."

He developed the PETRE POLISHER to offer an effective way to clean intake and exhaust manifolds. The unit removes grime, corrosion and other partials. This restores proper airflow, which maximizes engine performance. The tool ends the need to use expensive chemical cleaners. Additionally, the invention saves the user from having to take the vehicle into the shop to have the cleaning done.

The original design was submitted to the Charlotte office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
