Inventor and InventHelp Client Designs an Alternative Way to Apply Styling Grease (QCY-396)

Pittsburgh-based InventHelp is working to submit this idea, the EXPRESS COMB, to companies for their review.

Many people like to use styling grease to model their hair, but the nature of the grease makes for a rather messy result. "Tired of getting styling grease on my clothes and under my fingernails, I decided that there should be a better way to apply styling grease to the hair," said an inventor from Charlotte, N.C.

The EXPRESS COMB enables a user to apply styling grease to the hair in a more convenient manner. It eliminates the need for direct contact with the grease, which prevents the grease from getting under the fingernails and/or staining clothing.

Compact, lightweight and ergonomic, and featuring an easy-to-use design, the EXPRESS COMB is ideal for anyone who uses styling grease or has to apply medical ointments/ treatments to their scalp.

The original design was submitted to the Quincy office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
