Pittsburgh-based InventHelp is submitting the EZ SHOWER CUFFS to companies for their review.

While staying in the hospital an inventor from New Port Richey, Fla., had to have a plastic bag taped over an IV so that he could take a shower. This inspired him to design a batter way to keep such areas dry.

The easy-to-use, patent-pending EZ SHOWER CUFFS, an accessory that ensures dryness around a sore or IV or PICC line while showering. It keeps all moisture away from the site. As a result, it promotes safety, independence and peace of mind, as well as saves time. The accessory is producible in different sizes and suitable for hospitals, nursing homes and caregivers.

The original design was submitted to the Tampa office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
