InventHelp Inventors Develop Pickup-Truck Protector (AUP-624)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) July 14, 2016 -- "Every truck we had was badly scratched and damaged when we traded it in or sold it," said one of two inventors from Round Rock, Texas. "Upon purchasing a new truck, we wanted to prevent the damage and maintain a nice painted surface, which led us to come up with this idea."
They created a prototype for the patent-pending FENDER DEFENDER to protect the outer bed walls from scratches, dents and dings. The accessory allows the truck bed to be loaded and unloaded without damaging the paint job. It also keeps a belt buckle, rivets or other objects from scratching the paint while leaning against the truck. All of this saves the owner from having to pay for expensive repairs. Additionally, it preserves the appearance of the paint job.
The original design was submitted to the Austin office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
