Modified Lid is Easier to Remove from a Plastic Food Container - Designed by InventHelp Client (TOR-9165)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) September 13, 2014 -- Taking the lid off a plastic container of sour cream or other food can be a messy hassle because you have to touch the bottom edge of the lid. This inspired an inventor from Ajax, Ontario, Canada, to design a special lid that solves this problem. "Imagine taking your margarine container out of the fridge with one finger," he said.
He then created a prototype of the easy-to-use and versatile EZ PULL LID, which provides a more convenient way to remove the lid from a plastic food container. It eliminates the need to touch the underside of the lid, which avoids messes and hassle, as well as saves time and effort.
The original design was submitted to the Toronto office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
