A leading inventor service company, InventHelp is working to submit GORDON'S TRAILER COVER to companies in the hopes of a good faith review.

For those that enjoy camping or other outdoor activities that require hauling another vehicle behind a car, they know the importance of an effective trailer hitch and jack assembly. Thanks to the creativity of an inventor from Pleasant Grove, Utah, travel plans will not be interrupted by a deteriorating parts of a trailer hitch assembly.

He developed the patent-pending GORDON’S TRAILER COVER to protect a trailer hitch and jack assembly from the elements. As such, it eliminates rust build up on the jack and saves the time and effort associated with struggling to turn a rusted jack. It also protects a wiring harness and its components from sun and weather rot. Another advantage is that it eliminates the expense of replacing damaged parts or the entire trailer tongue and jack assembly. At the same time, it is easy to install, remove and store. Furthermore, it keeps the wiring for the lights and brakes fully operational. It also results in a safer experience while transporting a trailer or other vehicle. In addition, it is durable for years of effective use.

The inventor’s personal experience inspired the idea. “I own a four-year-old trailer and noticed the wiring harness was cracking and the jack was rusting from exposure to the weather.” He said. “I knew there had to be a way to prevent further damage.”

The original design was submitted to the Salt Lake City office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
