InventHelp® Client Invention for Coffeemakers Helps Brew the Perfect Cup (BGF-458)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) July 14, 2014 -- When making coffee in a coffeemaker, a filter is essential, but it is also flawed. Filters, by nature, are designed to be thin so that the liquid passes through them easily, but this also makes them flimsy and unreliable. An inventor from Corunna, Mich., has created a prototype of an accessory that keeps the coffee contained in the filter. As the inventor explained, "My idea helps to ensure that the coffee brews correctly every time and prevents sediment from ending up in the pot and in the user's cup. I developed my prototype because I don't like grounds fouling the pausing mechanism and ending up in the pot and in my cup. Even after eight years of consistent use, my prototype still works perfectly."
His idea, the GROUNDS KEEPER, prevents the stress and aggravation of accidentally drinking coffee grounds. It also eliminates the need to dispose of excess grounds that stray outside the filter, which saves money, time and effort. It ensures that all coffee grounds stay within the confines of the filter, including preventing grounds from getting into the pausing mechanism for the coffeemaker, which could prevents coffee from dripping onto the burner.
