InventHelp Inventor Develops Traction-Enhancing Footwear Covers (DLL-2951)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) April 01, 2016 -- "I watched a police officer struggle to help someone who was stranded on an icy bridge during an ice storm," said an inventor from Benbrook, Texas. "The officer did not have the proper footwear to provide him with good traction, and he fell to his death. I wanted to stop such tragedies."
He created a prototype for the HIKE ON to improve traction on slippery surfaces, such as ice and snow. The accessories enable the wearer to step carefully and surely in order to avoid slips and falls. They are designed to enhance personal safety by minimizing the risk of injury and/or death. This offers added peace of mind. Additionally, the covers are adaptable for use with any pair of shoes or boots.
The original design was submitted to the Dallas office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
