Automated Cleaning Process for Dump Trucks Invented by InventHelp Client (HTM-1028)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) August 22, 2015 -- For those involved in heavy construction work requiring the use of dump trucks, they recognize the importance of keeping them clean. An inventor from Jacksonville, Ark., has discovered a way to simplify the process.
He developed a prototype for HOBSON DUMP TRUCK BED SPRAYER SYSTEM to allow an asphalt hauler to clean the truck bed for the next load of asphalt from inside the truck. As such, this cleaning system prevents the asphalt from adhering to the interior of the truck bed. Furthermore, it saves time and effort in the cleaning process. Besides that, it increases productivity by reducing down time between loads. It is also convenient, effective and easy to operate. In addition, it is adaptable for use on most dump trucks.
The inventor’s work experience inspired the idea. “Being a driver who hauls asphalt, I was tired of having to get out and spray the truck bed down between each load of asphalt,” he said. “I wanted to find an easier way to get the job done.”
