Pittsburgh-based InventHelp is submitting HUCK'S HORSES to appropriate companies in the hopes of their good faith review.

Mike Huckle, the inventor of “Huck’s Horses,” has introduced the first ever complete workstation for the installation of doors and door jambs. “I have been a carpenter for 25 years. I own and operate a finish carpentry business in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada. Being faced with a number of challenges when working with doors, specifically their large size, weight, and awkward shape, can make it extremely difficult to handle and susceptible to damage.” “Huck’s Horses” has been designed as a new approach in supporting a door and door jambs during installation and repair operations.

I have created a prototype for the “Huck’s Horses,” being a set of horses designed to be lightweight, collapsible, compact, inexpensive, quick and easy to assemble and disassemble, durable and stable. “Huck’s Horses” improves on-the-job productivity and safety, making it easier to hinge and jig doors and door jambs, eliminating hassles and frustrations. Furthermore, trade professionals want to protect themselves from costly repair expenses, and distributors are looking for new profit opportunities in this very competitive and cost-sensitive business. “Huck’s Horses” meets both these needs.

The invention of “Huck’s Horses” is inexpensive and simple to manufacture. The advantages thereof should appeal to those skilled in the trade professions such as carpenters, contractors and do-it-yourselfers. All doors sold on the market today vary in width. “Huck’s Horses” workstation will accommodate various doors and door jambs sizes from standard homes to log cabins to renovations. “Huck’s Horses” offers precision jigging of doors and jambs hassle-free with pull-out drawers designed to hold doors of all sizes efficiently and safely at a comfortable working height.

The original design of "Huck's Horses" was submitted to the Toronto office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
