Pittsburgh-based InventHelp attempts to submit an invention, Kettell Handlers, to companies for review.

An inventor from Naperville, Ill., has developed an invention that makes moving timber easier and less of a hassle. The KETTELL HANDLER Eases stress on the user's back and arms, reducing the amount of manpower needed to complete a job. This patent pending invention is ideal for use by builders, contractors, tree service personnel, and do-it-yourselfers; it saves time and effort when on the job or completing a project. Additionally, it is producible in design variations.

When asked what inspired the idea, the inventor explained, "I was inspired to develop my idea when I was building a retaining wall out of timber. I needed an easier way to pick up and move the timber, so I developed my idea. My invention makes it easier to lift and move heavy, bulky timber."

The original design was submitted to the Chicago office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
