Improved Speed Selection System for Motor Vehicles Invented by InventHelp® Client (BTM-2031)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) July 22, 2014 -- Since speed is often a factor in automobile accidents, drivers need an easy way to assure they are observing posted speed limits. Thanks to an inventor from Bridgeville, Del., there is now a device designed to do exactly that.
He developed L S Digital Cruise Control to save time and effort over conventional methods of setting and maintaining a designated driving speed. It actually provides a quicker and more accurate way to set a desired speed in a motor vehicle than using buttons on a steering wheel. What's more, it specifically eliminates the need for the driver to maintain foot pressure on the accelerator to achieve the desired speed. Furthermore, it provides an easier alternative for increasing or decreasing the designated speed setting. Another advantage is that it improves safety by reducing distraction to the driver. It also helps the driver avoid the expense of speeding tickets. In addition, it is convenient, reliable and easily accessible.
The inventor's concern over the high incidence of speed-related traffic accidents inspired this idea. "I wanted to prevent automobile accidents by giving drivers an easy way to maintain posted speed limits with minimal distraction," he said.
The original design was submitted to the Baltimore office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
