"I was replacing a 600 square foot deck, and I thought that there had to be a faster, more efficient way to pry up all the boards," said an inventor from Hewitt, N.J. "This inspired me to invent a specialized tool just for this purpose."
He created a prototype for the MANUAL DECK WRECKER to provide a quick, easy way to pry up deck boards. The tool saves time and effort, and eliminates hassles and frustrations. The design reduces physical stress and strain. Additionally, it allows a new deck to be laid out while the old deck is being removed.
The original design was submitted to the Hackettstown office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
