A Pittsburgh-based inventor company, InventHelp is submitting MY UPZY DAISY BUDDIE to companies for their review.

"I hate when the waistband of my pants or underwear begins to roll down while I wear it," said an inventor from Vallejo, Calif. "I keep having to pick my waistband back up, which is annoying when you have to do it constantly. That is why I came up with this to keep my waistband in the proper position."

She developed the patent-pending MY UPZY DAISY BUDDIE to prevent the waistband of a garment from rolling down. The accessory eliminates the need to keep pulling the waistband back up repeatedly during the day. This is designed to enhance comfort and offer added peace of mind. The item is adaptable for use with a variety of garments, including underwear, pants, skirts, etc. Additionally, it is wearable by both women and men.

The original design was submitted to the Sacramento office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
