"While in college I didn’t want to spend the money at a barber shop," said an inventor from Concord, NC, "so I thought of an alternative way to ensure the neat trimming of my neckline."
To meet this need, he created a prototype of the NEAT NECK, an accessory that provides an easy, customizable and accurate way to trim the neckline. As a result, it avoids trial and error. It also eliminates the need to go a barber, which saves money. Overall, it ensures a neat look. Also producible is a model for the top of the head and around the ears.
