InventHelp, founded in 1984, is attempting to submit this idea, the Call Light Caddy, to companies in the hopes of a good faith review.

"The primary purpose of the CALL LIGHT CADDY is patient safety and infection control," said an inventor from Sacramento, Ca.. "Call lights are often found on the floor, lost in the patient bedding or left hanging on the IV pole out of the patient's reach. In order to make sure the patients have the nurse call device whenever they need it, I created this caddy."

She developed the CALL LIGHT CADDY to effectively position the nurse call device within easy reach. The accessory ensures that the call device can be found quickly whenever it is needed. This device offers peace of mind to both patients, their families and the staff. In addition, it keeps the call light clean, providing infection control.

The original design was submitted to the Sacramento office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
