Three inventors, from Darlington, S.C., thought there needed to be a safe and effective way to prevent busy parents from leaving passengers behind in the car, so they invented the patent-pending PASSENGER ALERT.
The PASSENGER ALERT provides an effective reminder to remove a small child, pet or other passenger from a vehicle. In doing so, it could help to prevent a child from being accidentally left behind in a car. As a result, it enhances safety and it provides added peace of mind. The invention features a user-friendly design that is convenient and easy to use so it is ideal for vehicle owners. Additionally, the PASSENGER ALERT is producible in design variations.
The inventors described the invention design. “Our design reminds parents to check for small children or pets before leaving the car.”
The original design was submitted to the Columbia office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
