"I am a professional driver, and I wanted to optimize my driving experience by relocating the turn-signal controls," said an inventor from Austintown, Ohio. "I came up with this idea so that a driver can operate the turn signals without having to remove his or her hands from the wheel."
He developed the patent-pending PUSH BUTTON TURN SIGNALS to make it easier to operate the turn signals. The design eliminates the need to remove your hands from the wheel to work the turn signals. It also prevents turn signals from being left on accidentally. The invention makes it easier for drivers to communicate lane changes and turns to one another. This is designed to improve roadway safety. Furthermore, it is adaptable for use with new and existing vehicles.
The original design was submitted to the Pittsburgh office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
