InventHelp® Client Patents “Quick Camp” – Invention Could Provide a Comfortable Alternative to Camping on the Ground
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) May 29, 2015 -- InventHelp, a leading inventor service company, announces that one of its clients, an inventor from North Dakota, has designed a modified tent that enables an individual sleep comfortably in the bed of a pickup truck. This invention is patented.
The “Quick Camp” could provide a comfortable way to sleep in a pickup truck bed, and could eliminate the hassle of setting up a tent. The product helps to avoid having to lay on a hard surface or the ground, and could save time, effort and money. Ideal for campers and hunters, the Quick Camp stores easily when not in use.
The domed unit would be producible from rubber, weatherproof fabric, plastic, metal and cloth. The modified tent would feature an attached air pump, inflatable support beams, a built-in air mattress, a screened rear window and a zipper-style front door. Anchors would be located on either side of the unit, which fit into the holes of the truck bed rails in order to stabilize the tent. Variations on the idea could include different sizes, colors and options.
“After sleeping in the back seat of my pickup truck overnight, I woke up sore, so I decided that there needed to be a more convenient way to camp that doesn’t involve the hassles associated with conventional tents,” said the inventor.
InventHelp is attempting to submit the invention to companies for review. If substantial interest is expressed, the company will attempt to negotiate for a sale or royalties for the inventor. For more information, telephone Dept. 11-INY-873 at (800) 851-6030.
