Multipurpose Bed Covering Invented for Sitting up or Lying Down - Designed by InventHelp Client (VIG-142)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) August 06, 2016 -- While reading is a relaxing way to wind down before going to sleep for many people, keeping warm while in a sitting position in bed can be a challenge. That is exactly what an inventor from Virginia Beach, Va., had in mind when he tailored an ordinary blanket to meet the needs of bedtime readers.
He developed READING BLANKET specifically to keep the user warm and cozy while sitting up in bed, not only for reading, but for eating and watching TV as well. In other words, it is comfortable, warm and easy to use. What’s more, it is convenient, effective and reasonably priced. It is also lightweight and portable. At the same time, it makes an attractive bed covering. Therefore, it does not need to be folded and put away each day. In addition, its simple design minimizes production costs.
The inventor’s personal experience inspired the idea. “I enjoy reading in bed but could never seem to get comfortable and keep my arms and the upper part of my body warm on those cold winter nights. This idea solves those problems and even provides extra warmth for the feet,” he said.
The original design was submitted to the Virginia Beach office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
