Pittsburgh-based InventHelp, founded in 1984, is submitting the RT COMFORT to companies for their consideration.

An inventor from Margate, Fla., has observed that many people struggle with sitting while away from home. "A friend of mine needed a way to sit more comfortably at restaurants, so I came up with this design," she said.

The RT COMFORT enables a user to sit more comfortably at a restaurant, in a car, at a movie theater, etc. It also adds extra height. Overall, it promotes enjoyment. The invention is easy to use, versatile and producible in different sizes.

The original design was submitted to the Fort Lauderdale office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
