Pittsburgh-based InventHelp is attempting to submit this idea, the RUBBER TIRE COMPACTION WHEEL to companies for their review.

"The company I work for needed to compact sand," said an inventor from Livermore, Calif. "I spent a dozen nights researching how to get the job done efficiently, and that led me to develop this convenient compacting tool."

He created a prototype for the RUBBER TIRE COMPACTION WHEEL to provide an effective way to compact dirt or sand. The unit ensures that dirt or sand are compacted to the desired rating. The design saves time and effort, and eliminates hassles and frustrations. Furthermore, it improves on-the-job productivity.

The original design was submitted to the San Francisco office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
