Claw Cover for Cats and Dogs Invented by InventHelp® Client (VET-208)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) June 09, 2015 -- For those that prefer to groom their cat or dog themselves, or use the services of a professional groomer, there’s always the chance that the pet handler may get scratched or cut from the animal’s claws in the process. However, because of the creativity of two inventors from Las Vegas, Nev., there’s no longer a need to worry about such injuries.
They developed a prototype for Safety Paws to protect pet handlers against cuts and scratches from an animal’s claws. What’s more, it is ideal for keeping dogs and cats from pulling off their muzzles. Besides that, it saves time and provides the pet with a snug and comfortable fit. Therefore, it is effective, practical and convenient, all at an affordable price. At the same time, it is easy to use, clean and store. Its compact size and light weight also make it easy to carry. In addition, it is durable to withstand repeated use.
The inventors’ professional experience inspired the idea. “While grooming cats and dogs, we noticed they like to kick and grab with their claws, often causing injuries,” one of them said. “We wanted to find a way to protect pet owners and groomers against scratches or cuts.”
The original design was submitted to the Las Vegas office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
