Pittsburgh-based InventHelp is submitting the SECURITY SHUTTERS FOR WINDOWS AND DOORS to interested companies for their review.

"In 1987 I built an addition to my one-room cabin in a very remote section of Sandisfield, Massachusetts," said an inventor from Harwinton, Conn. "To prevent and deter break-ins through the windows and doors, I designed and built these exterior security shutters with 100% satisfaction. There have been no attempted break-ins after all these years."

He created a prototype for the patent-pending SECURITY SHUTTERS FOR WINDOWS AND DOORS to prevent unauthorized individuals from entering the structure through the windows. The system deters would-be trespassers in order to enhance home security and provide added peace of mind. It is usable on most cabins and homes. Additionally, other components that can be installed from the inside of the building feature a more finished, aesthetic appearance for suburban and city use.

The original design was submitted to the Connecticut office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
