"I wanted to take a photograph of myself with my arms at my side without asking someone to take the photo for me," said an inventor from Bronx, N.Y.
He developed the patent-pending SELFIE MIRROR to offer a more convenient way to take selfies or selfie videos. The design eliminates the need to hold the phone in hand to take a selfie or video. This makes for more high-quality photos. It also saves the user from having to ask someone else to take a picture or video of them. Additionally, the device provides a better way to share selfies or videos on social media and via other formats, and it is easy to use.
The original design was submitted to the Manhattan office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
