InventHelp Inventor Develops Back-Washing Aid (DVR-580)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) July 16, 2014 -- For those that have ever struggled to scrub their own backs in the bath or shower need the Double Handless Back-Washer.
An inventor from Colorado Springs, Colo., created a prototype for the device, which makes it easier to wash one's back while bathing or showering. The accessory eliminates the need to stretch and strain.
The invention saves the user from having to ask for assistance, which helps the user be more independent. In addition, the unit is adaptable for use in any tub or shower stall, and it is ideal for individuals with limited mobility and the elderly.
The inventor's personal experience inspired the idea. "I was in a car accident in 2009 that left me severely injured," he said. "Afterward, I had a hard time washing my back. I came up with this idea to help me wash my own back. I think others would love it as well."
The original design was submitted to the Denver office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
