Alignment Tool Invented to Expedite Door Installation - Designed by InventHelp Client (LCC-3139)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) October 11, 2016 -- An inventor from Bethlehem, Pa., wanted a way to make installing steel door frames an easier process during non-residential construction. As such, he developed the patent-pending SHARP SET – a device designed to keep a steel door frame aligned as it was being installed.
The SHARP SET keeps the bottom of a steel door frame square during the installation process. This saves time and effort and thus increases workplace efficiency. It also eliminates the need for significant repair work during non-residential construction projects.
The inventor was inspired by his experience as a former builder. "Installing a steel door frame can be a difficult task," said the inventor. "It occurred to me that a tool designed to keep a door frame aligned during installation would make the process easier and more time-efficient. Additionally, it can be used to set 'case good' cabinets. It will hold a consistent spacing for both horizontal and vertical dimensions."
The original design was submitted to the Lancaster office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
