Pittsburgh-based InventHelp attempts to submit an invention, Shoe Clips, to companies for review.

Do you wish there was a convenient way to prevent pant legs from bunching up in the heel of a shoe? Then you need Shoe Clips.

The patent-pending Shoe Clips prevent the hem of pants from becoming stuck within the heel of a shoe. In doing so, they eliminate the need to continually stop to remove the hem from the shoe. As a result, they enhance the user’s appearance. The invention features a versatile design that is convenient and easy to use and it is ideal for use by individuals age 6 and older. Additionally, Shoe Clips are producible in design variations and a prototype is available.

The inventor, from Tampa, Fla., described his inspiration for the invention. “I came up with this idea when I was walking with a friend. We both noticed how annoying it was when the hem of your pants got stuck in your shoe, so I created this solution.”

The original design was submitted to the Tampa office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
