Electronic Device Stand Invented by InventHelp Clients (LAX-692)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) January 02, 2016 -- Three inventors, from Rosemead, Calif., thought there could be an easier, more secure way to prop up a smartphone or tablet in your car or home, or on a desk, when working on or watching videos, so they invented a solution. The patent-pending SIMPLE PROP AND STAND provides a hands-free way to work on or view videos, games or other media on a tablet or smartphone. In doing so, it eliminates the need to hold the device for an extended period of time.
As a result, it provides added protection and comfort. The invention features a lightweight and portable design that is convenient and easy to use so it is ideal for individuals with smartphones, tablets and other devices. Additionally, it is producible in design variations and a prototype is available.
One inventor described their inspiration. "For many years I have been needing a way to use my cell phone, tablet PC, etc., without having to handle the unit every time. Most of the time I just need to see who is calling, make a quick calculation, text or view a presentation, and having to lift and handle a unit each time is not user-friendly. Hence this invention solves this situation. It provides a place to lay your cell phone or tablet on your desktop, nightstand or table securely to more readily share, work or view the unit's face. This brings peace of mind in not having to handle it all the time and gives you a sense of control due to a firm hold and decreasing the chances of slipping or dropping the unit."
The original design was submitted to the Los Angeles office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
